This year your gift can be doubled by a generous Challenge Grant! The Opera’s exciting new Challenge Fund, made possible by an anonymous donation, will match all new and increased giving of $500 and above, dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000.

Support The Atlanta Opera and make a gift from your IRA - before time runs out!
Did you know that the federal IRA Charitable Rollover law will expire on December 31, 2011? This is your last opportunity to make an outright gift to The Atlanta Opera from your IRA, without having to pay income taxes on the distribution.
The following rules apply:
· You must be at least 70 ½ years of age when you make the gift
· The gift must be made directly from your traditional or Roth IRA
· Your total IRA gift(s) cannot exceed $100,000
· You may not receive any goods or services having monetary value in exchange for your gift.
