Identity & Conflict An Evening of Music & Reflection
dentity & Conflict—a concert and community discussion. To save her life, a Jewish woman during WWII denies her identity. Her story is portrayed in Another Sunrise by Jake Heggie and Gene Scheer. The Atlanta Opera presents this work at The Temple in Atlanta, honoring Holocaust Remembrance Day.

(with the Joy of Lake Lanier)
Winner of the inaugural 96-Hour Opera Project Showcase in 2022, the opera is the first new work launched from the annual 96-Hour Opera Festival. The one-act opera is a dark comedy reflecting an environmental and spiritual retribution by unknown forces for the unsavory genesis of Lake Lanier in Forsyth County Georgia.
