Email Signature

To ensure consistency, please follow the steps below – do not alter the layout, or information other than what is listed below:

1 – Please press the SHIFT + REFRESH on your computer to ensure you are seeing the most current information

2 – Choose the version of the signature below that you feel best suits you.

3 – Highlight the entire signature, from FName to the bottom through the images, and Copy (To make images work as links — you must use CONTROL + C for copying)

4 – Go to your email signature settings and edit your existing signature

5 – Paste the info from the web page into your signature (To make images work as links — you must use CONTROL + V for pasting)

6 – Change the info to fit your name, title, phone number, and if you chose to use the version with pronouns – please change to best suit you using the following preferred third person subjective pronoun, preferred third person objective pronoun:

  • he, him  (for someone who might identify as male)
  • she, her  (for someone who might identify as female),
  • they, them  (for someone who might not identify strictly as male or female, these pronouns are considered ‘gender neutral’; also used when referring to multiple people).

7 – For your Name, Title, and Contact Info – font should be APTOS or ARIAL at 11pt size – the note about the office closure, Name, and Title should be the only bold text and the rest is regular.

It looks like there’s a lot of space, but that should translate a little differently into your email client.

This process allows the image to be a clickable link to our website when people receive emails from you. Please let me know if you need help.
